Your Challenge is to own the front-end architecture and lead the development of Jump.Work's Talent Platform
This is right for you if you
- have 5+ years experience as a front-end engineer, developing web applications, preferably using JS frameworks such as React or Angular
- take ownership of your projects and see them through completion
- are passionate about creating efficient, intuitive user interfaces
- care about building quality into your work, by writing clear and simple code, tests and effective documentation
- prefer to focus on the ultimate goal of what you're developing, not getting distracted by perfectionism or vanity metrics
- question assumptions, including your own, and iterate quickly to get early user feedback
- are a good communicator

We have just closed a successful late-seed round and are expanding our tech team! This is a super exciting time to join, as it’s still early enough that you'll help us shape the foundations of the platform and tackle some very interesting problems, yet we’ve already got enough usage, traction and data that you'll have a real, immediate effect on people's lives.
We are building an attractive and intuitive platform, based on unique behavioural data, machine learning, and of course efficient product development. User behaviour and test results, as well as feedback from our own internal operations team, are used as inputs to custom matching algorithms and layered Deep Learning networks, to extract insights and find patterns that humans would otherwise not detect (at least not at scale).
