We are building an attractive and intuitive platform, based on unique behavioural data, machine learning, and of course efficient product development. User behaviour and test results, as well as feedback from our own internal operations team, are used as inputs to custom matching algorithms and layered Deep Learning networks, to extract insights and find patterns that humans would otherwise not detect.

We are searching for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager who can take ownership of their sales cycle, to boost Jump to the next level!
Your Challenge: is to help us reach series A, and expand into new industries.
We’re looking for a committed and ambitious Business Development and Sales Manager, as there are fast progression opportunities, as Jump will be expanding rapidly over the next year and beyond. So for the right person, the possibilities are endless!
You’ll be owning your entire sales cycle, from sourcing your own meetings, to closing sales. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and account management teams, to develop content for campaigns.
This is right for you if you...
- Have a SAAS background with 3-5 years experience in B2B sales, with a track record of fast progression
- Have experience in business development as well as closing sales, as you will own the entire sales cycle. So you need to be able to develop your own plans and processes
- Have a track record of generating meetings and are not afraid to get involved
- Have 1-2 years experience closing (larger) clients independently

This is a super exciting time to join, as it’s still early enough that you'll help us shape the foundations of the platform and tackle some very interesting problems, yet we’ve already got enough usage, traction and data that you'll have a real, immediate effect on people's lives.
You will be the first experienced Business Development Manager, working closely with the CEO, taking full ownership of the sales cycle and developing the function. This also gives the roles a fast growth trajectory.
As we grow, the expectation is that you will too. All doors are open, from diving deeper into a speciality, to moving sideways into another area, to mentorship and leadership roles - in the end, it's down to you, your goals and your performance.
